Why I Joined a START-UP Company !

Today I made a tough decision as having 4 offers in hand I joined InnovAccer which is a start-up company.

But the question is why ? on what basis I made that decision to join a start-up company while leaving offers of well organized and established organizations... following are the reasons why I made this decision so...

1) A wide field open for you to show your creativity. A start-up is the perfect platform for the non-standard decisions and creative approach to your tasks. You will unlikely have a strict instruction and be responsible for its fulfillment. If you really know how to make things better, nobody will care how exactly you will do it.

2) Learning to work in a fast changing environment will be there,  Business plan may change several times, and you will need to confirm to new conditions, which will make you very flexible.

3) Working in a small and goal-oriented team. While the corporation spends money on team-building training, in the start-ups the team builds itself. It enhances the chances to come closer to difference expertise near by.

4) More than just a salary. If you join a start-up at the very beginning, you can get the opportunity to work with the core team working in the core areas of work which will  enhance your learning and skills more than anything.

5) Network : Working with a Start-up you can easily get along with the company to grow your network in the industry.

6) Rewards and recognition - working for start-ups also fetches you the rewards and recognition in ample amount because its you who performs in the core area.

7) Experience of developing a business by your hands is awesome ... it feels great when you see a business growing with your efforts and you are not locked in a department of a big company.

these are the basic logic which push you towards a start-up company to work for ...
